Trust Company of Tennessee adds Lenaghan as Human Resources Coordinator



The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Margaret “Nicole” Lenaghan as human resources coordinator, based in the firm’s Knoxville office. Founded in 1987 and with offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, The Trust Company of Tennessee currently has more than $4.5 billion under management. The firm helps individuals, families, business owners and nonprofits make better financial decisions through wealth management, personal investment strategy, corporate retirement plans, estate planning and personal trust services. “Nicole has a passion to work with supervisors to help put the right people in the right positions, which aligns with our HR goals,” said Daniel Carter, president of The Trust Company of Tennessee. “We’re happy to welcome her to our team.” Lenaghan earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and information management from the University of Tennessee, where she marched with the Pride of the Southland Band as a piccolo player. She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP ®) from the American Staffing Association and most recently worked at Luttrell Staffing Group as a branch manager, responsible for providing staffing services in a variety of industries. She and her husband, Bryan, reside in Oak Ridge, and she enjoys video games, reading science fiction, traveling, trying new food and all things Disney.
