Moxley Carmichael Promotes Maria McHale to Director of Client Services



Maria McHale has been promoted to director of client services at Moxley Carmichael because of her exceptional service on behalf of the firm’s clients. McHale, whose previous title was senior account executive, handles key accounts for Moxley Carmichael, including UScellular, Hillcrest Healthcare, Young-Williams Animal Center and Priority Ambulance. She delivers marketing, public relations and visibility services, including strategic counsel, communications planning, event management and media coverage, while also developing innovative solutions for clients to stand out in their industries. “Maria has demonstrated her ability to deliver unique ideas, guide our work to accomplish our clients’ goals and execute strategies to meet and often exceed their expectations,” Moxley Carmichael CEO Lauren Miller said. “She brings energy and passion, and she gets results. Maria has earned this well-deserved promotion for her work and vision on behalf of our clients and firm.” As director of client services, McHale will bring her expertise to benefit all of Moxley Carmichael’s clients in addition to her key accounts and assist the firm’s partners and account team in strategy and execution. McHale serves as vice chair of the YWCA Knoxville & the Tennessee Valley Associate Council, a founding member of H3 at the East Tennessee Historical Society and a member of both the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra Prelude Society Committee and Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Volunteer Chapter. She is a graduate of Introduction Knoxville’s fall class of 2021.
