20/30 Fast Track Bearden Opens on Kingston Pike



Ellen Flautt and Michele Wall recently opened 20/30 Fast Track Bearden at 5816 Kingston Pike. The program centers around unique hormone balancing, ketogenic diet and lifestyle with the goal of helping clients build a lifestyle around food and exercise and losing up to 20 pounds in 30 days. Since opening in June, they’ve helped clients lose over 2000 collective pounds.
