Nearly seven years ago, when my husband and I began searching for the perfect home for our growing family, we had a clear vision of finding a place where our children could grow, where we could create memories and where we could become part of a close-knit community. We didn’t just want a house, we wanted a home in a neighborhood that would offer lasting relationships and a sense of belonging. Our children quickly forged friendships, and my husband and I did too. Over the years, our neighborhood friends have become more like family. We celebrate birthdays, holidays and even vacations together. These bonds have enriched our lives in ways we never could have imagined when we first moved in.

Reflecting on our own home-buying journey, I am reminded of how important it is to have professionals who understand the significance of finding not just a house, but a place where families can thrive. This is why I’m thrilled to present our 2025 VIP Realtors in our annual Real Estate Issue. Real estate can be an overwhelming process, but the realtors in this issue understand that it’s about more than just finding a good deal or the right square footage. It’s about finding a home in a community where you can build a life. They are experts in navigating the complexities of the market and are committed to supporting their clients throughout the entire process, ensuring that each decision is made with confidence and care.

As always, I’m grateful to be part of this amazing community. Whether you’re already a Knoxville resident or considering making this city your home, I hope this issue inspires you to think about what makes a place truly special. For us, it’s the relationships we’ve built and the memories we’ve made. The realtors in this issue are here to help you find that same sense of belonging, whether you’re looking for a place to start your journey or a forever home where you can put down roots.
