Patrons of the UT Gardens came out in support of the academic and educational programs at the Gardens Gala on the Friendship Plaza. This year’s theme was “Thyme to Grow.” Attendees enjoyed the lush, vibrant springtime blossoms while sipping custom cocktails and hors d’oeuvres created by students from the Culinary Institute at UT. Students from the School of Music were also on hand to set the stage for a beautiful evening for guests to stroll the garden paths and enjoy the spring weather. Dinner followed in a tent on the lawn and featured garden edibles of all shapes, sizes and colors.
