The Tennessee Valley Fair’s annual luncheon for government officials and businesses officially celebrates the start of the fair, now in its 99th year. Held on the Knoxville fairgrounds at Chilhowee Park, the luncheon is attended by more than 300 business and community leaders from throughout East Tennessee.
