JULIA BARBARA FOUNDATION GALA

2nd Annual Gala Celebrating DIPG Children!

The Julia Barbara Foundation Gala is a celebration of the lives of DIPG (brain stem tumors) children. The party includes music by The Chillbillies with Juvenile Judge Timothy Irwin.

The Julia Barbara Foundation (501(c)(3) nonprofit) was formed after the death of Julia Barbara (May 17, 2016). We wish to save the lives of children by finding a cure for brain stem tumors and providing awareness to the community regarding brain tumors in children. Brain tumors are now the leading cause of cancer related deaths in children, and there is no cure for brain stem tumors.  We strongly believe that if a cure is found for the worst type of pediatric brain tumor (DIPG) then the same techniques can be used to stop less evasive brain tumors.
