Our city is enriched not only by our outstanding young professionals but by the community leaders who have mentored and guided them. For the past five years, Young Professionals of Knoxville has honored local organizations and individuals who are making an impact on young professionals at work, with clients, customers, or in the community.
The organization awards honor three organizations based on size, impact, philosophy, community involvement and overall leadership of young professionals. These awards serve as appreciation and recognition to those organizations that advance our mission. The individual awards celebrate young leaders who embody our vision of making Knoxville the most desirable city for young professionals to live, work and play.
