Since Emerald Youth Foundation’s earliest days of ministry, Hallerin Hilton Hill has been a tremendous advocate for our work with city children.
Although he has many commitments, such as his radio and television shows, Hallerin regularly devotes time using his gift of communication to serve Emerald Youth Foundation and numerous other organizations throughout East Tennessee.
