Roaring 20's Ball

Story and photography by Liz Lyons

The Knoxville Symphony’s Roaring 20s Ball raised funds for the Orchestra’s Education & Community Partnership programs, including the KSO’s award-winning Music & Wellness program. Donors supported the work the KSO musicians do in the NICU, in chemotherapy treatment bays and in patient rooms and waiting areas through their generous donations in both live and silent auctions, plus a Fund-A-Cause drive at the conclusion of the evening. The Orchestra performed throughout the night, featuring performances by vocalist Kathryn Paden. All told, the KSO raised nearly $140,000 for their community outreach work throughout East Tennessee.
