Regional CEO peer advisory board adds Oak Ridge member Susana Navarro



Susana Navarro, president and CEO at Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc., has been selected to be a member of a chief executive peer advisory board in Knoxville by Vistage Worldwide, Inc. She joins almost 400 senior executives, business owners, and CEOs across the state of Tennessee who are Vistage members. She earned a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over 20 years of experience in the nuclear and safety fields. Under her leadership and vision, Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. has grown to a firm with $100M in revenue and is one of the nation’s strongest and most successful small businesses.
 
Board Master Chair Kurt Greene said, “Right now the world desperately needs better leadership. This is no time to go it alone, and Susana joins a group of real A-players who are on a powerful journey of intentional professional and personal growth.” Greene is Chair of the four Vistage advisory boards in the greater Knoxville area.
 
Vistage members meet monthly with peers from local non-competing businesses to help one another improve their companies and themselves. Membership is by invitation only and requires a nomination and a selection process.
