The holidays are in full swing and we can’t be more excited at VIP Knoxville. It is with great pleasure that we will introduce a new Editor, Lindsay Hughes in 2024. Lindsay has been with the magazine in a part-time sales role for the past year. We couldn’t be more excited for her to take on this new role and take VIP Knoxville to even greater heights.

Lindsay and her family, husband Dustin and two kids Henry and Patrick, live in Knoxville. Lindsay is from Knoxville, attended high school at Karns High School and is a University of Tennessee graduate. Lindsay’s previous experience included roles as Special Events Coordinator and Assistant Director of Development & Legislative Affairs at the McNabb Center. This experience, along with being with the magazine the past year, makes her a great fit in this role.

Our December/January issue is full of items for the holidays with our annual Holiday Gift Guide. This feature is perfect as you look for those final gifts to purchase for your friends and family. In addition, our December/January issue features the New Year/New You section with vendors showcasing their products and offerings to help you get the new year off to a good start.

This issue also has our Blount County Feature highlighting events and charities in Blount County that continue to make a difference. In total, our issue highlights 26 of Knoxville and Blount County’s events that finish out another year of amazing charity and good works in our community.

We have been blessed at VIP Knoxville for another great year and we look forward with great excitement to the changes in store for 2024. It has always been our mission to provide our readers with a snapshot of the social and philanthropic events making Knoxville a better place to live and work. The stories we get to highlight through our profiles and homes bring you some of the great works and illustrate the difference people make in this community.

We wouldn’t be able to do all of this if not for the loyal advertisers to VIP. We can’t thank you enough and look forward to continuing to work with you in the years to come. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
