Story and photography by Megan Venable

Jazz, Baby! was held at the Foundry on the World’s Fair campus and included a wine pull, dinner, jazz music and a live auction. In addition, attendees were introduced by emcee Abby Ham to inspiring stories of children with special needs who are being helped by community volunteers and thriving despite their challenges. The nonprofi t enhances the potential of infants and young children with disabilities by offering support to families and early intervention with professionals. Friends of Tennessee’s Babies with Special Needs events also provide welcome relief and enrichment for children with special needs, their families and caregivers. All funds raised from Jazz, Baby! will go towards assistance for Friends of Tennessee’s Babies with Special Needs.
