Editor's Letter

Does anyone else look at real estate listings just for fun? My friend, Brandi, and I will send each other links to houses at least once a week. Sometimes it’s something absurd, like a home that used a few too many mannequins in their interior design plan. I won’t say how many I think is too many. Often it’s a dreamy Victorian located somewhere in Mississippi with a wrap-around porch. We’ve often shared links to tiny home communities or castles somewhere in Ireland. Very rarely do we ever share a home that we’d likely move into, but there’s something quite satisfying about taking a peak inside someone else’s home. Some of my favorite to look at are the older homes that I’d have no idea where to start when fixing it up, but it’s fun to imagine that I could turn it into something grand. This month’s featured home was built in 1925 and after renovations by its current owner, is something you need to see.
