Back by popular demand, Dolly Fest was held in the Old City and contained a weekend’s worth of Dolly-centric activities and entertainment. Attendees were invited to don their finest Dolly attire, and celebrate the iconic actress/singer with art, music, history, food and fun. The event featured a State Street Main Stage with five performers doing their Dolly best, a Dolly-themed Maker’s Market and Dolly drink specials. Proceeds from Dolly Fest will go in support of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Knox County.
