Story and photography by Megan Venable

Supporters of Kingdom Design Ministries gathered at the Airport Hilton for a friendly Dancing with the Stars competition. The 2021 theme was “Let There Be Light,” which was carried out by complementary glow lights and jewelry as well as light-up ice cubes in cocktails served at the VIP reception prior to the start of the show. VIP ticket holders mingled with the performers and judges while enjoying a buffet of appetizers before the dancing started. All funds raised through Dancing with the Stars will go toward Kingdom Design Ministries’ mission to provide room makeovers for children who have experienced devastation in any form to tell each child that they are valuable, wanted and loved.
