The Knoxville Museum of Art hosted the 22nd annual James L. Clayton Award Luncheon to honor the sustained and exceptional support of Schmid & Rhodes Construction Company and to recognize museum members at the $1,000 Director’s Circle level and above. Spearheaded by award-winning builder David Rhodes, Schmid & Rhodes Construction Company has been providing quality craftsmanship and service to the East Tennessee region since 1989. The company has served as the Presenting Sponsor of

The Guild of the Knoxville Museum of Art’s Holiday Homes Tour since 2000. Proceeds from the Holiday Homes Tour help fund the East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition, education programs, exhibitions and free museum admission.
