CO-OWNER & PRESIDENT, SALON VISAGE; CO-OWNER & SECRETARY, FRANKS BARBERSHOP & SPA VISAGE
THE VISAGE GROUP

Belinda Gambuzza can appreciate beauty. As Co-Owner and President of Salon Visage, beauty is something she and her team strive for every day with their clients. But in addition to personal beauty, she also appreciates the beauty around her. “Knoxville is a beautiful area in which to live,” she said. “We are blessed being at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains and having incredible friendliness from its citizens. I always have a sense of pride when I gaze out of a plane window when coming home. I’m so grateful for my life here. Our children have also been blessed with living here and appreciate the area’s beauty as well.”

For her clients at Salon Visage, Gambuzza wants to make sure every experience is a good and beautiful one. “I am very proud that we have been able to provide a high-quality service in a luxurious environment to Knoxville and the surrounding area, which is usually only found in bigger cities,” she stated. “We are extremely appreciative of our clients, who have continued to support us in our quest to be the very best.”

And beauty is not only something that is seen externally. Gambuzza strongly believes in inner beauty as well. “If you become still and listen, then your passion will come to you. You are the choices you make,” she explained. “Every choice defines you, and your choices give you a chance to pave a road to joy and success. If you fail, you have the opportunity in any moment to own it and start all over. That is a beautiful gift we have all been given.”

When it comes to her five children, Gambuzza wants them to always strive to love more. “I want my kids to always pay attention to this one goal,” she explained. “By doing this, by loving more, everything else in life will be taken care of beyond our own desires and dreams. My parents drilled into me that no matter what I do, whether I sweep a floor or run a company, to do my very best and always look back at my work to see if I can do more. I truly believe that love conquers all, and I like to let people know through my smile that they are loved. I try to connect my heart with their heart in that moment. That is what life is all about.”
