The Knoxville Hope Gala returned with another unforgettable black-tie evening, transporting guests to a vibrant 1940s circus–themed celebration presented by the American Cancer Society. Chaired by longtime supporters Connie French and Erin Mahan, the event brought together community leaders and philanthropists to raise critical funds for cancer research, patient resources and advocacy across East Tennessee. One of the most meaningful moments of the night was the Mission Paddle Raise, a direct-giving portion of the program where guests lifted their paddles to donate funds that provide lodging and transportation for patients who must travel for treatment. For more than 23 years, the Knoxville Hope Gala has united guests in a shared commitment to create a future where every person can prevent, detect, treat and survive cancer. This year’s celebration continued that legacy of hope, generosity and community impact.
