GIVE A HOOT FOR OWLS

Give a Hoot for Owls! Thursday, November 7th, 6:30-8:00 pm(EST) at the UT Arboretum Auditorium in Oak Ridge. Monica Johnson, Park Ranger at Cumberland Mountain State Park will lead this indoor program and have several birds on hand. Monica has over 17 years’ experience in the park system and has been a Park Ranger for over 10 years. She will be teaching us about owls and the educational raptor and rehabilitation program at Cumberland Mountain State Park. There will be 4 birds to observe up close and personal. This event will help support the program to rescue and rehabilitate injured owls and raptors at Cumberland Mountain State Park. Donations are welcome. The program is free but attendance is limited to 100 so pre-registration is required . Please register with the number for all members of your party in the form on this website or call 865-483-7277. Please make sure to include your contact information when registering. This program will be held indoors at the UT Arboretum Auditorium.
