The HoLa Festival is a two-day celebration of diversity and a cultural salute to the East Tennessee community as part of the local celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The festival, which kicks off Saturday evening, features music, food, arts, crafts and more. This year marks the 18th edition of the HoLa Festival, which is free to attend.
