September 28 marks the date for the all-day 13th annual celebration of the life and talents of legendary Howard (Louie Bluie) Armstrong at beautiful Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, Tennessee.
Mark the date NOW on your calendars and invite your family and friends to experience this special celebration of music, the arts and fun.
Admission is always FREE. A $5 per person/ $10 per family donation is encouraged to help the Campbell Culture Coalition, an all-volunteer non-profit arts organization, produce the festival and provide arts programming in our local schools.
